Coach Parking at the Airports

 Edinburgh Airport

As of April 2019, Edinburgh Airport is now also operating an ANPR system, which means you no longer need to buy a ticket. The gates will automatically open for you to enter and exit.

In the event of the gates not opening, press the "assistance" button and state that you are from St Andrews Executive Travel, and they will let you in,

You should not be entering the coach park until 15 - 20 minutes after the flight has landed or until you have been contacted by the relevant person. The office will try to provide contact numbers and flight numbers for all arrivals to minimise the amount of time drivers are spending in the coach park. The office will be receiving a monthly invoice for our usage in the car park, and we will also be checking the bills to see if there has been an excessive amount of time spent in the car park when it has not been necessary. On occasions when there may be a meet and greet member of staff from the tour operator, you should make sure you have made contact with them in advance of the flight landing to arrange a meeting time.

This is a massive monthly cost to the company and each and every employee should be trying to reduce operating costs where possible. Every minute does count when you are in the car park. It currently costs £35 for 60 minutes but if you spend 61 minutes in the car park this will cost the company £80.

Some of you may not already know but there is also an additional overflow coach parking behind the Hilton. You should follow signs for the Long Stay car park but do not enter the long stay car park!

If for instance the clients are arriving on a private flight, you should report to the Signature Business Support at the Business Aviation Centre, Edinburgh Airport.

Glasgow Airport

Glasgow Airport is also operated through the use of ANPR.

Prestwick Airport

Usually only private flights.

Coaches & Commercial Vehicles

Car Park Two

Coaches and commercial vehicles should prearrange parking by calling 01292 511061 or 07738 544 347 at least 24hrs in advance.

• £8.00 per pre booked entry, max 1 hour stay.

• £15.00 if not pre-booked.

• Coach/commercial vehicle access is not permitted through the main Car Park entrance. Access arrangements and directions are confirmed once the booking is complete.

• Payment must be made at the Information Centre in the main terminal.

Pre-payment option should be used where possible.

Manchester Airport

You will be given a permit access code from the office for entry into Manchester Airport. The code should be inserted into the gate on entering.
