📋 OFFICE-RELATED ISSUES

Call the Out of Hours Office Support number for:

·        Severe road delays that will have a knock-on effect on jobs

·        Road traffic accidents or any damage caused to company vehicle

·        Tachograph and Driver Card Issues

·        Driver illness or inability to complete a shift

·        Passenger illness or medical emergency

·        Wrong address or location details

·        Booking discrepancies – either with tour operator itinerary or SAX allocations that immediately affect job, for example, clients not booked into a hotel

·        Unable to access a location

·        Lost Luggage

·        Safety and Security of Yard (buildings and vehicles) – example, fire alarm going off

·        Not aware of job allocations in next 24 hours

·        Clients or tour operator have contacted you in regards to a change of time or issue with collection with future hire

🛠️ WORKSHOP-RELATED ISSUES

Call the Out of Hours Mechanical Support number for:

·        Vehicle Breakdowns (engine, brakes, suspension, etc.)

·        Warning lights or dashboard alerts (engine, ABS, coolant temperature, etc.)

·        Tyre issues (blowouts, puncture, rapid air loss)

·        Electrical faults (lights, indicators, battery, etc)

·        Fuel problems – contamination, misfuelling, leaking.

·        Any incident affecting the safe operation of the vehicle
